About Me

Hey, I'm Jackson!

Hello! My name is Jackson! I’m a musician, composer and educator from Brooklyn, NY. I studied jazz guitar at Berklee College of Music, along with later classical composition at the Mannes School of Music.

I have many years of teaching experience, teaching privately for many years and more recently at other local Brooklyn music schools such as Gowanus Music Club and Keys to Success.

I currently offer piano, guitar, bass, and ukulele lessons. My goal is not to make you or your child a good musician simply for the sake of being good at music. My goal is for my students to love music just as much as I do and to allow their own growing passion to naturally guide their development as musicians.

My Teaching Philosophy

Loving music matters more than mastering it.

Learning music isn’t about being “good” at it, it’s about enjoying it. My goal is not to rush progress or chase expectations, but to help students build a meaningful and lasting relationship with music, allowing growth to develop naturally through curiosity, comfort, and most importantly enjoyment.
